Who’s Ready for Spring?
It’s never too early to start thinking spring. After a long, cold winter (what seemed like an especially cold stretch over the last month here in Central Maine), it’s nice to start thinking about warmer days spent in the garden ahead. We may only be a little over a month into the new year, but it’s never too early to start planning your gardening season now. I know that like us, there are plenty of you out there that start planning your gardens for the next season long before the previous gardening season is even over.
Whether it’s that new vegetable garden you’ve been wanting to experiment with but have been putting off each year, an expansion on your perennial garden that you have fallen more and more in love with each season, or the highly-desired bold splash of colors that your tried-and-true annuals bring to you each new growing season. We are always here to help make suggestions, answer any questions, and help get you off on the right foot heading into another new season.
Call us anytime with any questions you may have about the upcoming season, whether it’s related to what you’re hoping to do with a particular blank space in your yard, an interest in new items we are hoping to have this upcoming season, or even just for some general recommendations. We are always here to help! And don’t forget to check out our online Plant Guide while you’re doing your early season planning for the gardening year ahead. On the plant guide you’ll find information on a wide range of the perennials, trees, shrubs, annuals, and veggies that we plan on carrying this upcoming season, as well as some great in-depth information on these specific options. Note that not all of the plant varieties we plan on carrying this season will be displayed on the plant guide, and items listed at any particular time on the plant guide does not necessarily mean we have that item currently in stock. Always call ahead if you’re looking for something specific so that we can assure you it is available, or better yet, come on over for a visit anyways, as we can guarantee you’ll find something that is irresistible.
